Exploring the Depths of Hypnosis with HypnoticCafe and Hypnosis Creator Tamura
Hello, this is Hypnosis Creator Tamura, and I would like to share some thoughts on the fascinating world of hypnosis, particularly regarding my recent experiences in trance states and induction techniques. These experiences, rooted in daily practice, have opened up new realms of understanding and have made trance an integral part of my everyday life.
Recently, I have found myself slipping into trance states throughout the day, almost naturally. For example, when I use the bathroom, I enter what I call “toilet trance,” and when I take a bath, it becomes a “bath trance.” Even simple actions, like tilting my head slightly or experiencing a small shock, can now lead me into a state of trance. This ease of access to trance states is a clear indication that the basics of hypnosis have become second nature to me.
The sensation of being in a trance can be incredibly pleasurable. Some have likened the feeling to that of strong physical or chemical stimuli, and while such comparisons are often exaggerated, I can understand why they are made. The experience is deeply immersive, and depending on the content of the hypnosis session, it can be quite addictive. This is why a great deal of self-control is required to break out of a trance state during self-hypnosis. The comfort it brings can make you want to stay in that state indefinitely.

Maintaining balance is essential. While it’s easy to get caught up in the pleasant sensations of trance, it’s important to find a way to return to the real world and continue with everyday life. Hypnosis, after all, is about more than just the trance itself; it’s about using these experiences to enrich your life.
Recently, feedback from participants in the “Introductory Qigong Class” and the “Deepening Trance Techniques Workshop” has provided further insight into the value of trance. Here’s one testimonial that I received:
Dear Tamura,
Dear Kamijo,I would like to share my thoughts on the recent Introductory Qigong Class and Deepening Trance Workshop.
When I previously took the Hybrid Workshop, I couldn’t quite grasp the feeling of “doing it right,” but after attending the Qigong Class, I have gained the ability to sense the energy (Qi). This newfound awareness has allowed me to better perceive the reality of non-verbal hypnotic induction. Additionally, my senses have become more acute. While waiting for the next workshop, I attended a rakugo performance and experienced emotions being transmitted directly, which was a unique and powerful experience.
During the Deepening Trance Workshop, I used the technique of embedding (封入) to deepen my own trance. I have already started practicing at home by creating my own “trance bath” and “trance pillow,” which have helped me increase the reality of the trance state.
Kamijo-sensei’s teaching method was tailored to my level, making everything easy to understand. I highly recommend this course for anyone who has tried the Hybrid Workshop or non-verbal hypnosis but found it difficult to grasp.
Thank you for the experience!
These workshops provide valuable opportunities for personal growth and deepening one’s understanding of trance states. For those who may have struggled with earlier workshops or found non-verbal hypnosis challenging, I encourage you to revisit these techniques. With the right guidance, hypnosis can unlock new levels of awareness and personal development.
As always, I encourage everyone to explore the possibilities that hypnosis offers. Whether you’re practicing self-hypnosis or participating in workshops like those at HypnoticCafe, these experiences can bring new dimensions of relaxation, creativity, and self-discovery to your life.
